These terms govern use of bmasiamusic.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by BMAsia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and BMAsia Limited.

The site explains BMAsia music-design and business-music services, including Beat Breeze and BMAsia services around Soundtrack. It also lets you contact us, request a proposal, request an eligible Soundtrack trial and use an informational assistant.

A form submission, demo booking or trial request is a request for review—not an accepted order or automatic subscription. Eligibility, service scope, licensing, availability, price, taxes, territory, hardware and contract terms are confirmed separately in writing.

A formal proposal or service agreement controls if it conflicts with general website content.

The site may provide text or voice responses generated with artificial intelligence. Those responses can be incomplete or wrong and are not legal advice, a quotation or a binding commitment. Confirm important product, licensing and commercial details with a BMAsia specialist.

Site text, visual design, software and BMAsia materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, logos and partner materials belong to their respective owners. A link or description does not transfer rights to you.

Do not misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, probe security, introduce harmful code or overwhelm the service.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive or infringing material, impersonate another person, or misuse forms and assistant features.
• Do not systematically scrape or reproduce protected site content without permission.

The site links to services operated by others, including product logins, Soundtrack, Calendly, messaging platforms and social channels. Their terms, privacy practices, availability and security apply when you leave this site. BMAsia is not responsible for third-party sites it does not control.

The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every general statement fits every territory or venue. To the extent permitted by law, BMAsia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of this public site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Website use is generally governed by the laws of Thailand. A customer agreement may name a different BMAsia entity, governing law and dispute process; that agreement controls the contracted service.
