Who is responsible
This policy applies to BMAsia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and BMAsia Limited when they process personal data through bmasiamusic.com. The BMAsia entity that handles your enquiry or agreement is responsible for that processing.

Data we receive

- Assistant conversations and escalation details when you choose to use the chat or voice experience.
- Consent choice, language preference, device and usage information, referral data and approximate network information where optional measurement is enabled.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, assess product and trial suitability, prepare proposals, support customers, secure and operate the site, and improve our services. Depending on the context, our basis may be steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, consent, or a legal obligation.

- Soundtrack when you request a Soundtrack trial or activation and the necessary setup details must be shared.
- Professional advisers, authorities or counterparties where required by law or a legitimate corporate transaction.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, an active business relationship, dispute handling, security, or legal and accounting obligations. Retention differs by record type and jurisdiction.
BMAsia and its providers use organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
